Jitka has been specializing in teaching yoga to women going through their life changes (puberty, pregnancy, post-natal, peri and menopause) as well as people who have specific concerns such as injuries, problematic backs and sleeping problems. Her understanding of the power of Yoga with the unique combination of Soft Tissue Therapy enhances musculoskeletal health and overall wellbeing.

Jitka uses a personalized approach based on her client’s needs and past injuries. Her sessions are about improving health, posture, strength, flexibility, breath control and overall well-being. She has an understanding of how food and diet can be adapted based on one’s constitution.

Jitka started practicing yoga over 30 year ago. She is a registered British Wheel of Yoga teacher and in 2019 she completed a 4 year Yoga Therapy training with Colin Dunsmuir in the tradition of Professor T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar accredited by the British Council of Yoga Therapy. She studied both Yoga and Ayurveda philosop

In April 2024 she completed over 400 hrs of study as a part of level 5 BTEC course in Soft Tissue Therapy with London School of Sports Massage under guidance of Mel Cash. She gained a deep understanding of anatomy as well as hands-on experience of different muscular energy techniques, soft tissue release, deep friction and myofascial release. Jitka is a registered therapist with ISRM.
